Founded by the youngest generation of a family with a centuries-old tradition in the exploitation of the olive grove and production of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), our crops are strategically located in the most relevant area for EVOO production and quality, Sierra de Cazorla (DO Sierra de Cazorla, Jaén).
We carefully select the most vigorous trees to obtain the best green olive juice in October, and then the finest mature EVOO in late November. Our family business is committed to applying the most innovative techniques for obtaining the highest quality oil.
